This refunds policy (Policy) sets out how CannaDr Pty Ltd (ACN 681 610 382) (we, us or our) handles claims for refunds from patients (Patients, you or your) who use our the CannaDr platform (Our Services) to find healthcare providers (Healthcare Providers) to access telehealth and face to face clinical services.
We encourage Patients and Healthcare Providers to attempt to resolve disputes (including claims for refunds or remedies) directly and in good faith. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through these means, Patients and Healthcare Providers may choose to resolve the dispute through other means, such as mediation. We are not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between a Patient and a Healthcare Provider, and any refund claims.
Australian Consumer Law
In some jurisdictions, you may have guarantees, rights or other remedies provided by law (Consumer Law Rights), and this Policy does not restrict your Consumer Law Rights. We will only be bound by your Consumer Law Rights and the express wording of this Policy or our Terms (available here: [insert]).
Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted to exclude, restrict or modify the application of, or any rights or remedies you may have under, any part of the Australian Consumer Law (as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If Our Services are not ordinarily used for personal, household or domestic use, our liability for a breach of your Consumer Law Rights is limited to either resupplying Our Services, or paying the cost of having Our Services resupplied.
